Our organic raw almonds are grown and hulled in Northern California and our almond butter is processed just down the road from our orchards at a family owned processing facility.
As required by CA law, all of our almonds are steam-pasteurized at 210° for 8 seconds. Previous studies have shown almonds are still sprout-able after this type of pasteurization.
Just one handful of our raw almonds (1 oz) will give you a generous amount of nutrients including 3.5g of Fiber, 6g of Protein, 14g of Fat (9g of monounsaturated), and they are said to be the world’s best source of Vitamin E. Almonds are also linked to reduced cancer risk, increased heart health, and blood sugar control. It’s just a bonus that they taste great.
